Dutch "Koeken" Pie Crust

Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 lb butter
1/4 cup finely chopped nutmeats ( like almonds)

Directions:
Mix all the ingredients with your hands and pat in a 9″ pie plate just to the rim.
Bake in a 400 oven for 12- 15 minutes.
After cooling, the crust may be filled as you choose.

Servings: 6-8

Time preparation: 10 min.

Time total: 25 min.
