Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon molasses
1/2 cup seedless grapes
Directions:
Mix everything together gently.
If feeding to a baby either leave out the grapes, or for an older infant cut the grapes into quarters and peel them.
