Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup sliced yellow squash
1 cup peeled baby carrots, halved
1 cup diced zucchini
1 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon sage
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 cup white wine
Directions:
Brown chicken in hot oil for 3 minutes on each side.
Add vegetables, spices and wine.
Cover and cook on med for 8 minutes.
