Ingredients:
1/2 lb brie cheese, rind removed
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup dark corn syrup
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F
Place cheese in shallow baking dish; top with pecans and syrup.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes until cheese is almost melted. Serve warm with plain crackers or melba toast.
