Ingredients:
4 bananas
100 g dark unsweetened chocolate squares
2 tablespoons walnuts
4 scoops ice cream
Directions:
bake unpeeled bananas at about 180 degrees for 30 minutes until skin is black.
finely chop chocolate and walnuts.
gently slit the skin of banana and peel back the top part.
scatter the split with chocolate and nuts, then serve with ice cream.
