Ingredients:
1 (15 1/2 ounce) cans salmon, drained and flaked
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 cucumbers, peeled,seeded and diced
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon black pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and chill until serving.
Serve on a lettuce cup.
