Ingredients:
3 cups thinly sliced unpeeled zucchini
1 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 tablespoons parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano
pepper
1 teaspoon ground garlic
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions:
Mix ingredients all together and pour into greased 9″ by 13″ dish.
Bake 25 minutes at 350 or until golden brown on top.
Blot excess oil with a paper towel.

Servings: 12

Time total: 35 min.
