Ingredients:
1/4 lb butter ( 1 stick)
3/4 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 (20 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, undrained
5 slices white bread, cubed in small pieces

Directions:
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs and beat well.
Pour in entire can of pineapple and bread and stir.
Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish(or 9″ by 13″ glass dish and bake at 350 for about 1 hours uncovered.

Servings: 12

Time preparation: 10 min.

Time total: 70 min.
