Ingredients:
1 cup canola oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup fresh minced parsley
1 tablespoon basil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 medium sweet onions, sliced thin
6 ripe tomatoes, sliced
Directions:
In a jar with lid, shake all dressing ingredients.
Place onion and tomato slices in a shallow dish.
Cover with dressing.
Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
