Ingredients:
1 ripe bananas
4 frozen strawberries
1 (6 ounce) containers plain fat-free yogurt ( any flavor)
3 -5 ice cubes
1/4 cup 1% low-fat milk
Directions:
Toss all the ingredients into a blender and mix for about two minutes.
You can also substitute any of the fruits for anything else you might like!
