Ingredients:
4 -6 chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup catsup
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped red peppers
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1/2 cup chopped onions
salt and pepper
Directions:
Brown chicken in butter.
Mix remaining ingredients together and add to the browned chicken.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve over rice.
