Ingredients:
3/4 lb fresh green beans, cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon butter
1 -2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted
Directions:
In a sauce pan, bring beans and water to a boil.
reduce heat to medium, cover and cook 10-15 minutes till beans are tender-crisp.
Drain.
Add butter,soy sauce, and toasted sesame seeds.
Toss to coat.
