Ingredients:
2 butternut squash
honey
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/4 cup unsalted butter, 1/2 stick, cut into 16 equal pieces
Directions:
Halve the butternut squash lengthwise and scoop out seeds.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Dot each half with 4 pieces of butter.
Drizzle with honey.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees until tender, about 20 minutes.
