Ingredients:
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup honey
1 cup muscat wine
3/4 cup low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blueberries
Directions:
Whisk all ingredients in a bowl over hot water for 10 minutes or until thick.
Pour over desired fruit. I had this with Raspberries and Blueberries. How much of these are up to you.
** If mixture is too hot it will curdle.
You can also add some more yogurt as a little extra.
