Ingredients:
1 small onions
1 lb ground beef
1 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
1 (15 ounce) cans enchilada sauce
1 (12 ounce) cans evaporated milk
1 (4 ounce) cans chilies
1 (16 ounce) bags tortilla chips
1/2 lb cheddar cheese
Directions:
Brown ground beef with onion.
Add soup, sauce, milk, and chilies; heat.
Line casserole dish with a layer of chips, then layer of meat mixture. Repeat layers – ending with meat.
Cover top with cheese.
Bake for 40 minutes @ 350*.
