Ingredients:
2 cups all-bran cereal
1 cup skim milk
3/4 cup canned pumpkin
2 teaspoons apple pie spice
1/4 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 cups wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
soak cereal in milk for 5 minutes.
add remaining wet ingredients.
combine all dry ingredients and add to wet.
fill 12 muffins pan and bake 350 for 20 minute.
They freeze well.
