Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
1 (12 ounce) cans evaporated milk
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 unbaked 10-inch pie shells
Directions:
Heat oven to 375F.
Beat eggs well.
Add all other filling ingredients and mix well.
Pour into shell.
Bake for 55 minutes, or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
