Ingredients:
1 cup quick-cooking oats, uncooked
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, plus 1 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, melted
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions:
Combine oats, sugar, flour, and salt; mix well.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Drop by 1/2 teaspoonfuls 3 inches apart onto aluminum foil-lined cookie sheets.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 6 to 8 minutes or until edges are brown.
Cool completely before removing.
