Ingredients:
2 cups water
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
Directions:
Heat water in a pot.
Add cumin seeds.
Allow to come to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Drink as an herbal tea, before bedtime.
This helps counteract insomnia and also contains anti-cancer agents carevol and limonene.
