Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 eggs, slightly beaten
Directions:
Mix and sift flour and salt. Gradually add the egg until a stiff dough is formed.
Knead for a few minutes on floured board.
Roll out until it is 1/8 inches thick.
Cut into any length strips and let dry completely.
