Ingredients:
1/4 lb garlic scapes, chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
3 tablespoons lemon juice or 3 tablespoons lime juice
salt
Directions:
Puree scapes and olive oil in blender or food processor until smooth.
Stir in cheese and lime or lemon juice and season to taste.
