Ingredients:
1 yellow squash, cut 1/4 in. slices
1 zucchini, cut 1/4 in. slices
1 medium onions, chopped
4 tablespoons diced canned tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon bacon grease
Directions:
Melt bacon grease in large skillet.
Add onion, squash, and tomatoes, sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook over low-medium heat for 15 min.
,or until tender, stirring several times.
