Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 whole eggs, separated
10 tablespoons cocoa
2 1/2 cups rolled oats
Directions:
Mix butter with sugar and egg yolks.
Add cocoa and oats.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Drop from a teaspoon onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes.
