Ingredients:
2 kirby cucumbers, peeled
1 large plum tomatoes
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 garlic cloves, pressed
1/4 small red onions
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 teaspoon dried dill
salt and pepper
Directions:
Finely chop the vegetables.
Lightly mix with the remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate for 2 – 4 hours and adjust salt and pepper to taste.
