Ingredients:
1 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
1 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cups uncooked rice
1 lb chicken breasts
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 1/2 cups water
Directions:
Stir together rice, both cans of soup, water, and soy sauce in a casserole dish. Add chicken breasts, and push them into the rice mixture so they are somewhat immersed. Cover with tinfoil and bake at 400 degrees for about an hour, or until chicken is cooked (rice will be cooked too).
