Ingredients:
1 large avocados
1/2 cup cream
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)
1 teaspoon honey
2 tablespoons caster sugar
Directions:
Scoop out the avocado and put in a blender.
Add the cream and blend until smooth.
Gradually add milk, vanilla, honey and sugar.
Serve in chilled glasses.
