Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cooked beans
2 tablespoons grated onions
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon honey
Directions:
Mash beans thoroughly.
Mix in the remaining ingredients.
Spread on yummy whole grain bread and top with sprouts and other veggies.
