Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup applesauce
1/2 cup soymilk
1/2 cup apple juice
3 -4 peeled and sliced apples

Directions:
Mix everything except the apples and pour into a greased casserole dish.
Add the apples to the top.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Servings: 10-15
