Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats
2 dried apricot halves, diced
1 dried plums, diced
1 tablespoon dried cranberries
1 tablespoon golden raisins
3/4 teaspoon orange zest
2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
2 cups water
Directions:
Place fruit and 1 1/2 cups water in small saucepan and bring to boil. Lower heat a bit and add oats and zest.
After cooking 2-3 minutes add dried milk and additional water.
Cook ’til done.
