Ingredients:
1/3 cup butter or 1/3 cup margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1 eggs
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
1 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup orange juice
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, melted

Directions:
Oven preheated to 375 degrees F.
In a medium size mixing bowl, cream the butter, sugar, egg and orange rind together.
In a small bowl, stir flour, baking powder and salt together.
Add orange juice and flour mixture alternately to the batter mixture, mixing well.
Pour into a square or round 8×8″ pan, greased, and sprinkle with the streusel topping ingredients combined.
Bake for 30- 35 minutes.

Time total: 50 min.
