Ingredients:
3/4 cup ketchup
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 1/2 lbs green cabbage, shredded
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the ketchup, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
Add the cabbage and toss until well coated.
The slaw can be made several hours in advance and kept covered in the refrigerator until ready to use.
