Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 medium onions, chopped
1 (28 ounce) cans diced tomatoes or 4 medium tomatoes, diced
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups penne
1/2 cup whipping cream
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in oil.
Add tomatoes, sugar, basil, oregano, salt.
Bring to a boil, then simmer 20-25 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook pasta.
Stir cream into sauce and heat through.
