Ingredients:
1 onions, sliced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup rolled oats ( I used instant)
7 cups vegetable broth ( or chicken broth)
1 (16 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
1 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
seasoning ( of choice)
1 cup low-fat milk

Directions:
Saute onion, mushrooms& garlic in a bit of the broth, about 5 minutes.
Stir in oats, broth, tomatoes& tomato sauce.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
Season and stir in milk.

Servings: 8

Time preparation: 15 min.

Time total: 30 min.
