Ingredients:
1 quart vanilla ice cream
1 (9 inch) baked pie crusts or 1 crumb topping
1 cup cherry pie filling
Directions:
Spread slightly softened ice cream in pie shell and freeze.
An hour before serving, spread filling over top.
Return to freezer.
Serve quickly.
