Ingredients:
2 bunches spinach
2 cloves garlic
1/3 cup olive oil
2 lemons, juiced
2 tablespoons nama shoyu
Directions:
Wash and dry spinach.
Place garlic in food processor and process until chopped well.
Process remaining ingredients with garlic and pour over spinach.
Marinate for 1 hour or more and serve.
