Ingredients:
1 cup soy flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese ( sharp is best)
1 slightly beaten eggs
1/4 cup cream
Directions:
Sift all the dry ingredients together. Stir in cheese. Combine egg with cream and add to dry ingredients. Mix very well.
Roll dough out into an 8×8 square and cut in 1″ cubes. Place on greased baking sheet and sprinkle lightly with additional salt. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.
The bottoms will be crunchy, tops lightly golden.
