Ingredients:
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon dry mustard
4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon seasoning salt
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
Directions:
Blend eggs, vinegar, mustard and seasoning salt in the blender; add oil very slowly (steady flow) while blender continues to run.
Might need to stir toward end of adding oil.
