Ingredients:
1 lb carrots
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
6 tablespoons light brown sugar
1 cup water
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons honey

Directions:
Peel carrots. Slice about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Blend butter, sugar, cinnamon, honey,carrots, and water. Bring to a boil. Then put on low heat and cook until carrots are tender. Don’t forget to stir while cooking.

Servings: 4-6

Time preparation: 10 min.

Time total: 40 min.
