Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups milk
1 cup shredded coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Put all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until all ingredients are well blended.
Pour mixture into a 10-inch, slightly greased, pie pan.
Bake for 1 hour.
May be eaten warm, but refrigerate any leftovers.
