Ingredients:
2 medium apples, chopped
2 celery ribs, chopped
1 cup dried cranberries
2/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sugar
4 teaspoons lemon juice
Directions:
In a serving bowl, combine the apples, celery and cranberries.
In a small bowl, combine mayo, sugar and lemon juice; mix well.
Pour over apple/cranberry mixture; toss well to combine.
