Ingredients:
3/4 cup cocoa, sifted
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup self-raising flour
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
5 ounces canola oil
chocolate chips or nuts
Directions:
Preheat oven to 180 C.
Lightly grease a lamington tin, or 2 square cake tins.
Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.
Place in oven for 20-30 minutes or until coming apart at sides.
Sift icing sugar on top to serve.
