Ingredients:
1 tablespoon sunflower oil
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup onions, chopped
3/4 cup celery ribs, chopped
1 cup brown rice
7 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon savory
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon coriander
salt and pepper
Directions:
Put oil in large pot. Saute onions and celery.
Add chicken broth, spices and rice. Cover and cook 1 hour over medium flame.
Meanwhile, brown turkey meat and add to the soup mixture.
Season with salt and pepper.
