Ingredients:
1 pint vanilla ice cream or 1 pint soy ice cream
1 1/2 teaspoons green tea powder, matcha
Directions:
Let the ice cream soften but not melt. Stir in the green tea powder “matcha” and refreeze until firm.
Matcha is sold in the tea section of Asian markets.
