Ingredients:
1 lb carrots, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Boil the sliced carrots until crisp/tender, drain and put carrots back in saucepan, add butter, maple syrup, salt and pepper, heat through and seve.
