Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup minced onions
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon italian-style steak seasoning
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix together the beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably 3 to 4.
Form burgers into 1/2 inch thick patties.
Cook on grill or on stovetop until desired doneness.
