Ingredients:
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons oil
Directions:
In bowl, stir flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Combine egg, milk and oil.
Add all at once to dry ingredients.
Pour batter onto hot griddle, and cook as for pancakes.
