Ingredients:
1 bananas ( sliced)
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup pineapple juice
Directions:
Pour all the ingredients into a blender.
Blend for about 30 seconds or until it’s the way you like.
You may add any vitamin you like to make your smoothie healthy, (have the vitamin crushed).
