Ingredients:
1 lb crabmeat
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 lemons, juice of
1 tablespoon dill weed
1/4 cup diced cucumbers
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
3/4 cup chopped celery
Directions:
Put all ingredients in large bowl and mix together by hand until well blended. Can be used in bread, tortillas or croissants.
I use 3/4 cup sour cream, 3/4 cup mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon dill weed, due to personal preference.
