Ingredients:
4 cups yogurt
3 cucumbers, peeled and finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
2 -3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
1 tablespoon mint leaves, chopped
1/2 lemons, juice of
salt
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together.
If using thick yogurt, run it through a blender until the mixture is smooth.
Chill for several hours and serve.
