Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream ( 8 ounces)
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon minced chives (optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese ( 4 ounces)
1/2 cup finely crushed corn flakes
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine sour cream, milk, chives, salt and pepper.
Add potatoes and mix thoroughly.
Spread in a 15x19x1-inch baking pan.
Combine cheese and cornflakes.
Sprinkle over potatoes.
Bake at 350F for 50-60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
